The following information relates to bookings, treatments and packages here at Your Spa.
Hen party packages /group bookings and private hire of the spa require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
If you require any advice on treatments or packages, then please do not hesitate to contact us and one of our spa team will be happy to help. To the enjoy the ultimate in relaxation for any appointments we advise you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to check in and complete your consultation form.
If you are using the Spa Experience or having a package then all you need to bring with you is your swimwear, 20p for your locker, clean flip flop type shoe and any shampoo/conditioner to wash your hair afterwards. We will provide you with a towel and robe.
If for any reason you cannot make your spa appointment, please call us on 01843 587281. We require 24 hours notice on all treatments and packages to avoid a full cancellation charge or loss of deposit.
This is our little way of saying thank you for choosing us. The Your Spa will give you a reward card for your first treatment here, upon the collection of 10 stamps. Upon collection of 10 stamps the holder of the card is entitled to 30% off their next treatment.
Stamps will be given for each treatment you have at Your Spa.and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
The card is non-transferrable, cash alternatives are not available and this card may not be used against any retail products.
